Microsoft DLL Error
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have recently installed Microsoft updates, you may also need to install a fix from Microsoft to correct an issue that is affecting some third party software such as RapAnalyst. Follow the links below only if you receive a DLL error when opening RapAnalyst.
According to the official Microsoft report (here), user32.dll and hhctrl.ocx were updated in a recent set of Windows security updates. User32.dll references hhctrl.ocx with a conflicting address. Installing the Microsoft hotfix listed here (702KB) resolves the issue.
